Administrative and Organizational Assistance:
Simplify Your Healthcare Procedures

Setting up home care shouldn’t be an administrative nightmare. Our team handles all the paperwork involved in home care for you—including correspondence, ordering, and receiving equipment—so you can focus on what matters most: you and your loved ones.

Our Mission

Don't let medical paperwork overwhelm you

When a loved one begins to lose their independence or is preparing to be discharged from the hospital, families are often faced with a mountain of complex procedures. Navigating CNS forms, Long-Term Care Insurance assessments, and medical bed providers can be extremely stressful.

With 20 years of experience in Luxembourg, we invite you to take advantage of our expertise and let us handle all these tasks for you. Our administrative team organizes, coordinates, and facilitates your care at home from start to finish.

Our focus: 100% dedicated to your care and comfort

We do not handle personal administrative tasks— such as sorting personal mail, paying routine bills, or translating documents —but we do put our expertise to work to support your healthcare journey.

Our support is based on three fundamental pillars.

Procedures Related to Your Healthcare (National Health Insurance and Long-Term Care Insurance)

We assist you in preparing and tracking your coverage applications. Whether it’s requesting an assessment for Long-Term Care Insurance, liaising with the Assessment and Referral Unit (CEO), or managing documentation with the CNS… Your dedicated advisor will ensure your rights are upheld seamlessly.

Obtaining Appropriate Medical Equipment

Safe home care often requires specialized equipment. We’ll work with you to identify your needs and handle the ordering and follow-up for the appropriate equipment (medical bed, patient lift, commode chair, walker, etc.), whether or not you have Long-Term Care Insurance.

Installation and Follow-Up at Home

Our role doesn’t end with the order. We coordinate the delivery and installation of medical equipment directly at your location. Our field teams then ensure that the equipment is working properly, that it fits the layout of your rooms, and teach you how to use it safely.

FAQ: Administrative and Logistical Support

No. Our expertise is strictly medical and logistical. We do not handle personal finances or personal mail. Our administrative assistance focuses exclusively on matters related to your medical care, your long-term care insurance, and your medical equipment.

Absolutely. Whether or not you’re covered by Long-Term Care Insurance, we’ll guide you every step of the way—from start to finish—through the process of obtaining, delivering, and installing your medical equipment, offering you the solutions best suited to your situation.

To save you the trouble of making back-and-forth trips, your administrative liaison will contact your primary care physician or specialist directly. They will handle obtaining the prescriptions needed to arrange your nursing care and assistive devices.

Absolutely. At the start of your care, your administrative coordinator will visit your home to assess your needs and expectations and gather the initial details for your case file. This coordinator oversees our specialized care teams (nurses, nursing assistants, physical therapists, and occupational therapists) who provide you with daily support. Any new needs identified during our care visits will be reported to the coordinator.

Practical Information

A dedicated contact person for complete peace of mind

Behind every patient’s Verbandskëscht, there is a dedicated administrative liaison. This person serves as your primary point of contact. They act as a bridge between your doctors (to obtain the necessary prescriptions), health insurance providers, equipment suppliers, and our own small field teams.

If the nurse who visits your home notices that a patient lift is needed to help your spouse, they will immediately notify your case manager. The case manager will then set the process in motion without you having to do anything. That’s the strength of a coordinated network.
