Methodology for the 2025 Satisfaction Survey

The satisfaction survey was conducted in 2025 among patients receiving services from Verbandskëscht.
Its purpose is to measure the perceived quality of services and to assess patient satisfaction as part of the quality management system.

The data were collected using a structured questionnaire covering several key criteria related to the quality of care and the organization of home care services.

The results are expressed as follows:

  • as a percentage of respondents who reported being satisfied or very satisfied,
  • and by an average rating on a scale of 1 to 5.

The responses collected are analyzed both overall and by criterion. They are incorporated into the quality monitoring process and taken into account when identifying areas for continuous improvement.
