What is UpCare?
UpCare is a mobile and web application that allows our caregivers to :
- Quickly consult patient information,
- Record treatments carried out in real time,
- Track treatments, appointments, specific needs,
- Exchange easily with colleagues or managers,
- Optimize their visits and save time on the road.
All while guaranteeing data security and respect for professional secrecy.
What does this mean in practical terms?
Before UpCare, many tasks were done on paper or through multiple separate tools. Today, everything is centralised. The result:
- Caregivers spend more time with patients,
- Families have the assurance of rigorous, ongoing monitoring,
- Coordination between the different professions (nurse, physiotherapist, podiatrist, etc.) is now more fluid.
An application designed with and for the field
UpCare is not an off-the-shelf solution. It was developed in collaboration with care professionals in Luxembourg, providing a practical response to the challenges faced daily in the field.
